The challenge
Check Proof is a Swedish tech company with a platform for daily checks, real-time reporting and ERP integration in heavy industry. It used developers through consultancies in several countries and – for reasons of risk, cost and closeness to customers in Asia-Pacific – needed a dedicated team. The questions were where, in which legal form and with what risks.

A decision to establish the team in Indonesia with Granitor’s support – closer to heavy industry, mining and existing customers in Australia.
A clear security set-up: the offshore team works in test and sandbox environments while production is controlled from Sweden.
